About This PageHello and welcome to my gallery site about my stays in New Zealand. My first stay was a student exchange for nine months between my home university University of Technology Darmstadt and the University of Canterbury in Christchurch. During this stay I fell in love with the country and the people. That's why I returned. I collected the shots of my stays and you might notice a difference in quality and style among those shots: There's a difference of almost five years, so this probably can be expected.Early shots were done with an Olympus 2020, the later ones with Pentax *ist DS and the later IR shots with my D7IR. If you are interested in a German description how I organized and experienced the student exchange, you are welcome to read through www.jensroesner.de/nz, but if you are looking for a pictorial tour of New Zealand, this is the right page. If you are interested in the artistic or technical aspects of my photography, you are welcome to browse through JensRoesner.de. CreditsThanks to:Jo, Chris, Gary, Philipp, Matt&Amanda, Matt&Ruth, Sascha, my family, the people at my home university TU Darmstadt making the trip possible, the people at University of Canterbury making this trip enjoyable, the guys at Chainreaction cycle and those bikers I raced with all beta testers and those who left comments to help me improve Garry for his NZ Map that I used for my navigation. Claudia for her php introduction Spoono for his php tutorials Quirksmode for the cross-browser script W3C Validator for finding all those errors ;) Google Earth - without it, finding out where I had taken all those shots would have been impossible.
